1. About us

VIDA Spa & Wellbeing provides relaxation and wellness massage services in Toronto, Ontario, both at our private studio and, by prior arrangement, at clients' locations. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of our services

Our services are intended for relaxation, comfort and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy, chiropractic care or any other regulated health service.

Marco Antonio García Sánchez is not a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) under the Regulated Health Professions Act of Ontario and is not registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Our services are not covered by extended health insurance plans, and we do not issue receipts for insurance reimbursement.

We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or provide medical advice. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise to cure, heal or resolve any medical condition. Descriptions of our services refer to their general purpose and to experiences commonly reported by clients. Individual results vary.

If you have a medical condition, are recovering from surgery, are pregnant, or have any doubt about whether a session is appropriate for you, consult your physician before booking.

3. Health intake form

All clients must complete our health intake form before their first session. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including any medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries or recent surgeries. We may decline or modify a session if the information provided indicates it would not be appropriate.

4. Post-operative and package treatments

Post-operative sessions require a prior assessment and written clearance from your surgeon or physician. Package treatments are sold as a series of sessions; terms regarding validity, transferability and refunds are provided at the time of purchase.

5. Appointments and cancellations

All sessions are by appointment only. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. To change or cancel an appointment, contact us in advance via WhatsApp. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

6. Payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Package payments and gift cards are subject to the terms provided at purchase.

7. Conduct

We provide professional, non-sexual therapeutic services. Any inappropriate behaviour, request or comment will result in the immediate termination of the session, full payment being due, and refusal of future service.

8. In-home sessions

In-home sessions are subject to availability and prior coordination. Clients must provide a safe, clean and appropriate space for the session.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, VIDA Spa & Wellbeing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. You acknowledge that you participate in sessions voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you have disclosed all relevant health information.

All content on this website is the property of VIDA Spa & Wellbeing and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
